Becoming an official member
Our meetings and events are open to everyone. They're generally free, and you don't need to sign up. If you take part regularly, you can also become an official member of the association: full members vote at the general meeting and can ask the board for a confirmation of their involvement.
There are four types of membership:
- Full member: €12 per year, for individuals who take an active part.
- Supporting member: you choose the annual fee, from €20 for individuals and from €50 for companies and other organisations.
- Alumni member: €12 per year.
- Corresponding member: €20 per year.
How to apply
Download the membership application. You can fill it in on screen, or print it and fill it in by hand. Use either the German or the English column. Sign it and send it to the board. Applicants under 18 need the signature of their legal guardian(s).
The statutes and the membership and fee regulations set out the members’ rights and duties. By applying, you accept both.
For companies and organisations
Companies and other organisations can support the association as supporting members, with an annual fee of their choice from €50. They apply with the same form, giving the organisation's name and a contact person. For other ways to work with us, write to the board at bayreuth.ai@gmail.com.
